It's not a matter of if. It is a matter of when. While we never anticipate an issue with your order, it can happen. We've provided a reference image for how cheap it is to insure your package. As referenced in the picture below, a $1,200 order can be insured with coverage on lost, stolen, or damaged packages for only $36! We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this. Your car is an investment, and your hard-earned cash goes towards parts we want to ensure you receive in perfect condition. While we aren't the ones physically delivering the package to your door, the least we can do is offer this service to eliminate any potential headaches that we've all either experienced or heard the nightmare stories of.
By removing Extend Shipping Protection from your cart, you are declining priority coverage of your order. We will only have the shipping claim service provided by the carrier as a resource whose claims take, on average, 2-4 weeks to be investigated and resolved. If FedEx declines the claim there's nothing further we can do.
