What is an Order Modification Request?
An Order Modification Request is a formal request submitted by the customer to modify an order, such as canceling, returning, exchanging, or updating the shipping information.
In efforts to streamline the processes of modifying an existing order for both the end user and our staff, we've created a manual system that provides the fastest resolutions possible suited to the customer's needs. Our dedicated team of specialists carefully handles these requests at the beginning and end of each business day during our operating hours, ensuring you get a response within 24 hours because we understand how time-sensitive these can be.
We do not handle these requests during the weekend and select holidays as they are outside our operating hours. Just so you know – all requests submitted after 4:00 pm Monday - Thursday will be handled the following morning. On Friday after 4:00 pm, requests will be handled Monday morning.

These requests may be denied at the discretion of our team, depending on the state of the order at the time of review. While we do our absolute best to handle these requests in a reasonable timeframe, many variables can hinder our ability to approve them. Order fulfillment is automated with our various nationwide warehouses, all separate locations from where our service team operates. This means it is more complex than someone from our team going and grabbing your package by hand to stop it from shipping if you decide you want to cancel. We understand that mistakes happen, but please do your due diligence in ensuring the accuracy of your order before proceeding with the purchase. We are not liable for any errors in order placement by the customer, but our team will do our best to accommodate at our discretion.
Submission of this form is an acknowledgment of the terms and conditions outlined on the first page that you both understand and accept, allowing throtl to provide a resolution that suits your needs in alignment with our policies. You will be given a confirmation email when the request has been received, including a reference number.
Emailing to request a modification on your order is insufficient. This is because emails do not always get the same prioritized response times due to the volume of live support. We will need a formal submission before we can continue working towards a resolution for you.
