Seibon Carbon & Anderson Composites
Let's face it. Carbon components are one of the no-brainer ways to add flavor to your build. They are also some of the more expensive components. That said, we understand you work hard for your money and want to ensure you have all the information necessary when ordering these oversized items.
Inventory Status and Availability:
Here's the truth. We are not stocking these products physically at our warehouses. In fact, most, if not all, merchants do not hold physical inventory either. Seibon and Anderson regularly provide us with all the inventory data on our website. This lets us know what they have physically in stock at their locations. While most of the product is in stock and ready to ship, there are varying processing times that will delay the order from shipping, unlike our other products. This is because they have a rigorous fulfillment process that places your product being shipped under inspection and quality control before it is shipped, ensuring there are zero defects or damages present when it leaves the warehouse.
With their current lead times, you should expect an in-stock item to be processed and shipped within 2 weeks, but it can be delayed up to 4 weeks total, depending on the volume at the time of purchase. We can confidently say your order will be shipped as quickly as possible, and it is infrequent for it to take longer than the 2-week timeframe. If you purchase a product labeled as a Pre-order Available, you should know that you are ordering a product not currently in stock. Your product will be made to order by the manufacturer and shipped to you immediately when it becomes available again.
We know it's convenient to cancel the order and attempt to purchase it elsewhere, but the details will apply to any merchant, and you would only be extending the lead time to get your product. We want to encourage you to keep the order and wait out the lead time.

Shipping:
In-stock items have an average processing time of 2-4 weeks before shipping. Preordered items have an average processing time of 8-12 weeks before shipping, as they are often made to order. These lead times vary and may change based on product availability and production requirements by the manufacturer. Because the items are shipped via freight services, the courier will reach out to you to set up a delivery appointment for which you or someone authorized will need to be available.
Your tracking number will apply to one of the following:

Receiving Shipment:
As we mentioned within the Inventory Status and Availability details, these products undergo a rigorous inspection and quality control process before being shipped. While we never anticipate issues with a shipment upon arrival, they can and will happen. Ultimately, any transit issues are out of our control as we are not physically delivering your product. However, there are a few options to negate the loss of any potential problems should they arise.
#1 - Extend Shipping Protection
This is a hassle-free third-party shipping insurance we offer automatically at check out that will cover a replacement in the event the package is lost, stolen, or damaged. Replacements are often facilitated in less than 24 hours. Your cost to insure a $1,200 order is as little as $45 in most cases and offers you ease of mind until you receive the product.
#2 - Manufacturing Warranty
Because this product is shipped from the manufacturer directly and not from our facility, we cannot file a claim with the shipping courier as a standard procedure. This means you must abide by Seibon and Anderson's policy to facilitate a refund or reimbursement if there are issues with the product.

When delivered, you must inspect the product as a standard receiving practice for any freight shipment. Yes, this means removing it from the packaging to properly ensure no defects, blemishes, or damage to the product is found before the driver leaves. You should refuse the delivery of the product, and the driver should note any damages or imperfections of the product with its paperwork. The courier will then redirect the shipment back to the manufacturer at no additional cost to you.
You must email the manufacturer within 24 hours of the delivery, or they will have zero resources to help you with the claim because of the courier's strict claims process. You should also "CC" support@throtl.com to the email so we can monitor the claim and make sure this is handled adequately.
Failure to utilize Extend Shipping Protection or notify the manufacturer within 24 hours will void all protection of this order. We cannot give you a replacement or a refund, so please do your due diligence!
