Where can I see my order ETA?
We provide live order information directly on your account page. Please log in to the account and click on the appropriate order number. If you do not have an account, you must create one with the same email used with the original purchase. Your orders will sync automatically when a new account is created.
Why does my order say partially fulfilled?
Extend is not a physical item. It is a service that will automatically fulfill the order. If you purchased Extend Shipping Protection or the Extend Warranty Plan, the order might show "Partially Fulfilled."
Why hasn't my order shipped?
We offer some of the fastest fulfillment times in the industry for in-stock items. How fast the order is processed and shipped will depend on the product stocking status and the facility it is shipping from. We provide live inventory data on every product listing in the form of a bold, orange, clickable article containing details of each status. Items that are in stock will be in a green and bold font. Please read those details before to ensure you are making a confident purchase.
What if I paid for expedited shipping?
Processing and shipping timeframes are separate. If an item is not in stock, it cannot be expedited until it becomes available again. Shipping methods chosen at checkout will apply only after the product has been shipped and the transit process has begun with the courier. Just so you know, while the cart may provide you with an estimated delivery date, it is only an estimate and is subject to change or may incur delays out of our control. Ground shipping is a standard service estimated 3-5 business day delivery, non-expedited.
