What does it mean when it says an item is Special Order?

Good question! Often we do not have enough demand for certain items to keep them on the shelves. A Special Order triggers that item to either be manufactured from scratch, or shipped from the manufacturer. Special Orders are NOT able to be canceled, or returned, so please due your dilligence before ordering!
