What does Ships Directly from Manufacturer mean?

Good question! While we pride ourselves on having some of the best stocking data in the industry, many manufacturers do not provide us with inventory counts on some items at their warehouse. We don't know whether the item is in stock or out of stock and the manufacturers provide us with no way of knowing electronically. We have had good luck sending orders over to manufacturers directly and most of the time these ship within 4-5 days. Of course, there are instances where these items do not ship for weeks and it is completely out of our control.

 

Oftentimes there is a fee to cancel an item that ships from the manufacturer, so please ensure you want to keep your order if you place it.

We will not be held responsible for manufacturers slipping lead times, etc, because it is completely out of control. These fees cover processing fees, employee costs to facilitate the order, and many times, manufacturers impose a cancellation fee on us if we order an item direct.

 

Yes, if you qualify for the sweepstakes, you do get your entries on back ordered / preordered items!
