Sometimes shipping companies leave packages in your absence. This is not our fault! Our expectation is that you are home to receive your package, after all, it is your responsibility.
First, check around your property for any packages that may have been placed out of sight. These delivery drivers often hide them to ensure they don't get snagged by someone! Also, check with your neighbors to see if your package was delivered to them instead. Next up, contact the delivery company themselves and have the driver come back and show you where he put the package.
If the package is gone, the shipping company should start a claim. If they don't, contact us. Claims take up to 30 days. You are welcome to order the part again, but its on your dime until the claim is fully settled. At that point, we will ask if you'd like a replacement.
