My Order Was Flagged
Unfortunately, not every purchase is legitimate.
Because of this, we have a very strict purchasing process with our accounting department to ensure the consumer authorizes every transaction. This is also for your protection if your payment details are compromised and a transaction happens to be placed with throtl.
Should our system flag an order, you may be contacted by a member of our order processing department requesting additional information to submit for review with our fraud prevention and analysis team. While we understand this can be inconvenient and cause delays in sending an order out, it's in the consumer's best interest to ensure their hard-earned cash is spent on what is intended.
We'd like to ask you to provide a photocopy of a recent billing statement, a government-issued ID, or anything else that can tie the purchaser to the order's payment method and shipping details. If the documents provided are approved, you will be notified, and the order will continue to process as expected in alignment with the product's inventory status references on each listing. Suppose the documents provided are insufficient to meet approval. In that case, the order will be canceled, the payment will be voided, and you will need to place a new order with updated information or an alternative payment method.
Once the appropriate documents have been submitted, they are usually reviewed within 1 business day. A team member will notify you of the result and process moving forward with the order.
