Returning Part-Related Orders

Please read the following information carefully. After you have read the policy below, click this link to start the return process.

Order Modification Requests

You can request an exchange or return on an already fulfilled order if the product is returned in new, sellable condition. If this form is submitted correctly and the product is received with signs of installation or damage not mentioned, we reserve the right to refuse this request, and additional fees may be incurred. Open Box or Special Order items are ineligible for return.

Returns can be submitted for a period of 30 days after the order has been received.
Please wait for the approval/denial of the return request before you return the product. Please only wait for an approved RMA (returned merchandise authorization) to avoid incurring additional fees and shipping charges to be deducted. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Opting for store credit or exchange will waive the restocking fee. Shipping charges and Extend Shipping Protection are non-refundable. The original shipping charges will apply for orders with Free Shipping.

Typographical Errors

Suppose a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, pricing error, or product information received from our suppliers. In that case, throtl Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders for products listed at the incorrect price. throtl Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, throtl Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of electronic or other order confirmation does not mean we're accepting your order, nor does it confirm our offer to sell. throtl Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt for any reason. throtl Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable payment method established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Customer Information

Any customer information, including any email addresses received by throtl Inc., will only be used in connection with your order and will not be sold or transferred to anyone else. Periodically, throtl Inc. may wish to communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletter. If, for any reason, you do not want to receive email communications from throtl Inc., then you may email info@throtl.com with "remove from email list" in the subject, and you will not receive any further email communications from us.
